Tony Frank, C.E.O.
Tony Frank is the founder and the CEO of Developmental Counseling Center, Inc.,dba,(DCCI). He got his L.C.D.C. in 1993 and is a graduate of St. Edwards University (2003), with a bachelor degree in Human Services and certified in Non-Profit management. Tony has worked in a variety of milieus, including: community inpatient and outpatient programs; inprison and residential Therapeutic Communities; and a psychiatric hospital. Tony enjoys traveling with his wife; jogging and cycling; and is a student of Tai Chi and Kung Fu. Tony would like to thank everyone who has supported DCCI for the past 8 years and is looking forward to serving our community for many years to come.
